Get to know Manorview

We’re much more than a hospitality business...

While creating amazing customer experiences is what we love to do, our real passion is having a positive impact on people – whether they are team, customers, partners, or local communities.

We do this through operating our collection of hotels, wedding venues, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, spa, and health club. Whether we are hosting someone’s special day, or training our team, our focus is always on how we can continuously make hospitality better for everyone.

Is there something for YOU at Manorview?

Well, we hope so, but here’s what you’ll get being part of our team:

A fair salary

Everyone is paid the real Living Wage at a minimum here, and when the Living Wage increases, your wage does too. We also review every team member’s salary every single year.

Room to grow

With 11 venues, we create opportunities for you to experience different venues and teams should you wish – helping you find the right fit. We also invest in your learning and development to ensure you get the most from your role.

Perks and benefits

Including 20% off spa days, hotel trips and dining. Plus, free use of our health club and pool at Bowfield.

The platform to have a positive impact

With our own charity, The Manorview Foundation, which is dedicated to supporting people living in poverty, you’ll have the chance to have a real impact. There are lots of fundraising and volunteering opportunities. And every team member will get one paid day per year to volunteer their time or skills to support those in need. Our goal is to serve 100,000 meals to those in poverty by June 2026 – you can be part of us achieving this!

Profit shares

After 12 months with us, you’ll be included in Heartcount – whereby we share 10% of our net profits with everyone in the team.

Team Socials

In January we host our big Manorview party, in a secret location that isn’t revealed until you get there!

We’re an independent Scottish hospitality group

Our founder Steve Graham established the group in 2006. Today, we have three board members, all of whom actively work within the business. We don’t have any outside shareholders, and this helps us make quick decisions when the business needs it most. One example of this is the fact that we closed our doors at the start of the pandemic and committed to paying our team, long before furlough was announced

Eleven Scottish venues

Manorview own and operate 11 venues in west and central Scotland. Our collection includes a stunning castle, a country club with spa, wedding venues, boutique hotels, bars and nightclubs. Having multiple venues gives our team the opportunity to experience different jobs and the potential to advance their career.

We’re one team, with one mission.

Our team all work in different venues across many different roles, but we’re all united by a drive to make life better through hospitality! What does that mean? Simply that as a team, we try through everyday actions at work to make things better for our team, customers, and communities. It’s about boosting other people in whatever ways we can!

When it’s rewarding, it’s usually tough!

Name us something that feels truly rewarding, but was easy breezy! Hard, right?

Working in hospitality is hard work! But it’s also hugely rewarding – as you’re regularly responsible for putting a smile on someone’s face, or ensuring they have an amazing and memorable time.

We won’t lie – there will be tough days at work, even if we are continuously trying to make things better for our team. But if you’re someone who knows that beyond the graft is the reward, then you’ll enjoy being part of Manorview.
