Our Housekeepers are a critical part of our team, ensuring our venues are maintained to high standards, ready to welcome our guests. If you’re interested, the role profile below will give you an idea of the job and the type of person we’re looking for.

Our Housekeepers work as a team to deliver an impeccable standard of cleanliness throughout our rooms, our public areas as well as our back of house. Our Housekeeping team works incredibly hard to ensure our Guests enjoy a comfortable environment and that our Team have a safe and clean working environment.

They can are found in the stock cupboards ensuring a tidy working environment, our in the corridors keeping our public areas clean or making over our guest’s rooms to ensure a comfortable stay. This role will require a 5AM start in venue.

Our Housekeepers are not necessarily experienced in all elements of Housekeeping but understand the hard work and attention to detail that is required to clean rooms in line with Guests expectations.

  • Ensuring that our Team Member of the Month is voted for by the team and not managers.
  • Giving our team a paid day off to volunteer or fundraise for a charity.
